WISL Mentor Programme

With the dawn of peace, many expatriate Sri Lankans contemplate returning to live and work in Sri Lanka. Unfortunately a combination of insufficient information, wild misconceptions and the inability to connect with individuals that have already returned inhibits many potential returnees from turning their dream into a reality.

This is where the WISL Mentor Programme can help you.

It is setup to connect expatriate Sri Lankans who have already returned to the island with potential returnees. We believe sharing firsthand experience of expatriates who have returned, with potential returnees, will help to turn their dream of living and working in Sri Lanka a reality.

At WISL, we have Mentors with diverse backgrounds and experiences across a broad spectrum of industries. They are volunteers willing to share their experience of moving back to Sri Lanka with potential returnees. Advice they may offer range from sector specific job opportunities, relocation advice, work place experience to lifestyle choices.
